Social Value leadership is integral in ensuring that your organisation not only pledges social value but actively works towards achieving tangible, measurable outcomes that benefit your employees, customers, stakeholders and communities.

- Team support / management: Passionate about galvanizing your team behind a common vision and aim, and coaching and developing your Social Value Lead for success. This may include providing expert recruitment support to advertise and identify the right social value resources for your organisation.
- Strategic: The capability to map and engage stakeholders, conduct research, establish processes and governance, and align and develop your social value strategy to achieve your organisational goals. Able to influence the integration of social value across the business.
Implementation: Highly capable of getting stuck in, to successfully embed social value processes and activities. This might include establishing and managing partnerships, creating social value supply charters, driving volunteer schemes, leading evidence collection or supporting your organisation to apply for Social Value Quality Mark® accreditation.
