Natalie Wadley is a senior member of the Social Value Business and a director of its partner organisation, Social Value Quality Mark CIC. During her early career, she spent 10 years working for National Star, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Charity that delivers award-winning services for young people with complex needs.

Natalie then moved into a senior role for a family-run corporate to establish its Foundation and the development of a social enterprise. During this time, the Foundation was recognised as a part of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise and became a sustainable venture.

Throughout her time at SVB, Natalie has consistently worked with clients from all sectors and a variety of sizes, with a specialist interest in the construction sector. Alongside her role as a Consultant, Natalie is also Co-founder of ChangeMaker 3D, a socially-focussed 3D construction printing company. Natalie has a degree in Business and Enterprise, along with PRINCE 2 Project Management.

Jane is a passionate and driven leader who champions all things social impact.

Jane has 14 years’ experience in the Private and Third sector at an operational, managerial and strategic level. Jane has a huge interest in value-based development and was solely responsible for creating and demonstrating the value of a £14m Birmingham-based care and support charity.

Jane has supported numerous organisations to identify, measure and report their impact and value. She is highly competent in Social Return on Investment theory, impact mapping and value-based framework implementation.

Jane is the founder and Managing Director of Wild Oyster CIC, a social enterprise that houses, supports and empowers women to actively shape their life path through providing safe accommodation, coaching, pre-employment training and life-design workshops. She has generated £200k+ grant funding for her own and other social enterprises. She was named on the 2018 NatWest WISE 100 List – recognising leading women in social enterprise.

Jane sits on the Board of Directors for Upcycle Birmingham, a furniture recycling social enterprise, as well as JM Property Partnership. She is a UK-based Trustee for La Future Leaders Community School, an organisation in Ghana who educate children in poverty.

Dave has worked in the voluntary sector for over twenty years, managing and leading teams that support people who are experiencing homelessness, mental ill health, drugs, alcohol, wellbeing, employability, education, debt and asylum. He is passionate about improving services and enabling people and teams to achieve their potential.

Prior to moving into consultancy, his last contracted role was Head of Service Development and Improvement for Porchlight – Kent’s largest provider of homeless services and a major provider of mental health support, where he led the charity in evaluation, data and client insights gathering and analysis and social value. He has been a passionate advocate and leader of social value approaches for over eight years, through training, reporting and SROI, strategy, policy, service design and organisational development.

Fiona is a Social Value Specialist with a background in Social Housing and Health and Wellness. She has several years’ experience working as a Performance and Business Intelligence Analyst and is the Founder of Wellbeing From Source (a health coaching company). She has a Psychology degree from The University of Manchester and a Health Coach diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Fiona is extremely passionate about reducing inequalities, especially in terms of health and wellness, living standards and access to education. As a Social Value Specialist, she loves to get her detective hat on to investigate and analyse where our clients are at in terms of their social value maturity and then use her coaching skills to support them to raise the bar and get ahead of their competitors.

Fiona is super motivated by supporting and witnessing the social impact created by our clients on their stakeholders and in society. Our clients are improving lives, reducing inequalities and creating innovation within their sectors. Everyone’s a winner!

Sarah is a communications specialist and multimedia storyteller with 20 years’ cross sector experience. She built her career at Lloyds Banking Group and went onto work for clients including Royal Voluntary Service and MoneySuperMarket.com. She spent 18 months in central government, leading international campaigns for Defra’s award-winning Food is GREAT campaign.

In 2019, Sarah set up The Story Shed Ltd to help organisations put authenticity and social purpose at the heart of their brand stories. She supports leadership teams to capture the essence of their brand and connect customers and employees with their work – leading to greater engagement, loyalty and pride.

As a Specialist for Social Value Business, Sarah has advised clients from all sectors on how to embed social value within brand stories and how to promote progress to customers, staff, shareholders and commissioners.

Sarah has a first-class degree in English, and a Melcrum qualification in communications. She sits on the boards for Redbrook Village Trust and Llandogo Primary School charities where she focuses on making an impact closer to home. She is Director of Communications and Sustainability for Rockfield Homes – a small property developer owned by Sarah and her husband, building high quality, low carbon homes in the Southwest.
