The organisation had identified multiple large procurement opportunities valued at \u00a3100m+ as part of its future strategic development and growth across the public sector.<\/p>\n<p>DXC knew that social value was a weakness and approached the Social Value Business to strengthen its position and create a fit for purpose approach.<\/p>\n<p>DXC approached Social Value Business to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand its current social value position.<\/li>\n<li>Create new approaches to social value.<\/li>\n<li>Improve knowledge and understanding internally.<\/li>\n<li>Improve social value performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Bidding for a large opportunity<\/i><\/p>\n<p>DXC had also been presented with a large procurement opportunity for a public health provider, to update its electronic staff records.
